The 15th Non-Volatle Memory Technology Symposium (NVMTS 2015) was held on October 12-14, 2015, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Two graduate students, Nian-Ke Chen and Xue-Peng Wang, took part in the symposium. Nian-Ke Chen also gave poster exhibition on the symposium.
The NVMTS 2015 contains eight topics, such as Flash, Phase Change Random Access Memory (PCRAM), Resistive RAM and Neuromorphic computation and devices. The NVMTS 2015 is an eminent forum for exchanging information on state-of-the-art technological advances on non-volatile memory among researchers and engineers from both academia and industry. 37 experts and scholars from 8 countries gave exciting speech about their recent research work. NVMTS 2015 focuses on both emerging and existing non-volatile memory technologies instead of a singular technology, so as to encourage cross-pollination of ideas.
