Prof. Xue-Qing Yan from Beijing University,  visited C-UFO on 16th December, 2017 and gave the public talk on " Laser particle acceleration and technological revolution ". Prof. Qi-Dai Chen hosted the talk.

Prof. Xue-Qing Yan, born in July 1977, professor of school of physics, Peking University, director of heavy ion physics institute, and deputy director of applied physics and technology research center, Peking University. In 1999, He got a bachelor of engineering degree from tsinghua university. In 2004, he received the doctor of science degree from Peking University. In 2004, he served as lecturer, associate professor and professor.
