Yan-Hao Yu, Zhen-Nan Tian, Si-Ming Sun, Yu-Shan Liu and Kai-Min Guan attended the 2015 Summer School for Micro/ nanofabrication. The Summer School  was hold from August 13 to August 17, 2015 in Beijing, which is capital city of China. It was hosted by the laboratory of Microtrabication , which is a part to Institute of physics Chinese academy of science.This Summer School for Micro/nanofabrication impacted knowledge about Micro/nano fabrication, for example, the 3D direct writing of Fs laser beam and electron beam, nanoimprinting lithography,  ICP.
